Our Company 

We are  the  supplier of top-quality perishable and shelf-stable food ingredients to F&B businesses. Today, we serve about 120 hotels and restaurants in Singapore.

 

We started in August 1980 as a shipping company, and our current Director, Mr. Oh Kim Tian (Kim), took over the business from his father in 1987. With Kim's foresight in business, he repositioned Sea Bulk as Singapore's first importer of fresh and chilled premium meats and vegetables from the US and other parts of the world. Sea Bulk was also the first company in Singapore to use refrigerated food delivery trucks in the early 90s. 

 

Being a pioneer in Singapore's perishable cold chain business sector, we understand the importance of food safety and health standards. Our facilities include segmented cold rooms and a controlled temperature process room. We strive to uphold  a through-the-line  cold-chain delivery process to preserve quality and eliminate food safety risks. In this endeavour, we were ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management Systems) certified since 2016.
